Brad Edgerly

Brad founded Creative SparQ on the idea that there was a better way to transform and optimize business performance. Putting over 20 years of experience, across multiple industries, to work at Creative SparQ, Brad has seen his client’s businesses take flight with his partnership and strategic insight.

Brad has particular expertise and a track record of success in the areas of business process reengineering, systems design lifecycle, and Salesforce implementation. Driven by a passion for solving business problems with solutions that are smart and actionable, Brad is always looking for opportunities to deliver high-impact and measurable results.

Brad was educated at the University of Calgary, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems, and multiple certifications from Salesforce, the Project Management Institute and Prosci Change Management.

Shadi Abuid

As a Creative SparQ consultant, Shadi goes further than fielding advice and expertise. With more than 10 years of customer relationship management, systems, design and deploy, he is focused on looking beyond dominating systems to realize positive change that is relevant and efficient. Shadi’s expertise in project management, business process and implementation, sustainment, and governance, has moved the needle on multiples client’s businesses – industries ranging from finance, insurance, manufacturing, technology, and telecom.

Shadi loves working with his customers and enjoys building upon the fruits of relationship building.

Shadi has his BA in Political Science from the University of Calgary and completed a MA in Integrated Studies from the University of Athabasca, focused on issues of resistance politically and organizationally. Shadi also holds numerous certifications in the Salesforce platform, and Business Process Modelling Notation certification.

Position Summary

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for building and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction while also originating additional value-added opportunities.

The Customer Success Manager will represent Creative Sparq while managing key relationships across multiple industries and growth stages to maximizing value for our customers.

The Customer Success Manager is a uniquely hybrid role that straddles sales, order fulfillment and support. It is a strategic position which will strengthen our existing relationships and generate additional revenue through these customers and new prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage key relationships with high quality clients.
  • Design and execute customer engagement plans.
  • Participate in customer onboarding processes to ensure positive customer experience in the context of successful project delivery.
  • Manage projects, resources and stakeholders for the achievement of project objectives (including functionality, budget and timelines).
  • Provide account management, project delivery oversight, maintenance of governance mechanisms and escalation point within Creative Sparq.
  • Capture and manage additional opportunities for Creative Sparq product offerings that add value to our clients.
  • Conduct project debrief meetings with customers and capture feedback, satisfaction and success stories.
  • Capture and analyze customer feedback surveys.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in business or related field or combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management, sales and pursuits.
  • Experience within a consulting environment is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills: Stating clearly what you want and expect from others; clearly expressing your thoughts and ideas; maintaining a precise and constant flow of information
