Meet Brad

I know how to bring great ideas to life. And I’m here to make the world a better place.

I inspire others to do better, then give them room to shine.

I have a tenacious curiosity to break down complex systems, create a vision, and rebuild more effective and longer-lasting designs.

I am a systems workflow architect at heart, and I like being on the front line, solving problems, to make work flow.

Early years…

I was five when I brought home our neighbor’s thrown out vacuum, because I wanted to take it apart, to understand how it worked, in hopes of rebuilding a robot.

My elementary, middle, and high school (American School of Dubai) invested heavily in student technology and Mr. Ackerman always had 2 computer labs for the students. I started on the Apple II, with its green screen and simple word processor. In the forth grade, it was spreadsheets and simple code to create shapes.

In high school, I knew I had a mind and passion for engineering, but Raya’s dad spoke to us on career day. “You guys want to drive nice cars? You guys want to live in a big house… with a big swimming pool? Let me tell you about business…”

I dropped engineering and completed my business degree in 2000, concentrating in strategy, operations management, and psychology.

Founder and Lead Architect

Brad has a passion for designing and implementing strategies that streamline processes, bringing 22 years of process improvement, 14 years of business transformation, 12 years of Salesforce implementation, and 10 years of digital strategy experience.

Brad loves taking on complex challenges and collaborating to deliver creative solutions that resolve challenges and enable businesses to grow.

Brad is especially proud of Creative Sparq’s high customer satisfaction and high employee satisfaction scores as well as the internal policies and processes that enable these.

In his spare time, Brad can be found on his dirt bike, snowboarding in the Rocky Mountains, woodworking in his garage, or skateboarding behind his Labrador-Boxer, Hunter.

Co-founder and Solution Architect
With more than 11 years of customer relationship management, systems design and deployment experience, Shadi’s work is focused on looking beyond the status quo to realize positive change that is relevant and efficient.

Shadi’s brings expertise in project management, business process and implementation, sustainment, and governance — enabling him to consistently move the needle for the businesses he works with.

Shadi loves working with his customers and enjoys relationship building.

Shadi has his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Calgary and completed a Masters of Arts from the University of Athabasca, focused on issues of resistance politically and organizationally. Shadi also holds numerous certifications in the Salesforce platform, including Sales and Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Automation, and Business Process Modelling Notation.


Manager, Customer Success

A customer experience champion, Leila specializes in understanding the challenges your organization faces and liaising with our technical teams to build creative, practical solutions.

Leila brings 8 years of business experience to the Creative Sparq team — focusing on communications, marketing, project management, and business development.

When she’s not working, Leila enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants.

Leila earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies and Political Science from the University of Calgary.


Manager, Consulting
Anna is passionate about delivering excellent technical design with a keen attention to detail.
With a background in sales and marketing, Anna excels in marrying technical know-how with business acumen, helping organizations navigate through complex projects and achieve ambitious goals.
Her 8+ years of Salesforce product experience includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Omnistudio.
Anna is currently working on completing her MBA, and you can find her travelling to try new foods and experiences in her spare time.



Meet Michelle, a welcoming teammate with over 8 years of experience in Salesforce. Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Administration, project management, support, and training.

With a proven track record of success, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and an aptitude for change management, Michelle channels her artistic curiosity and professional expertise to foster growth and innovation for our clients.



Chester has spent 4 years implementing business transformation on Salesforce and is highly focused on meeting customer needs and KPIs.

Areas of focus include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, and Conga Composer.

Chester has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Manitoba and a Computer Analyst/Programmer Diploma from the Red River Community College.

He is experienced in solution design, implementation, and training and is currently working on adding data analytics and developer programming to his skillset.

Chester enjoys good food and is a hockey fan.


Senior Salesforce Developer

Rohit brings in 11 years of practical expertise in Software development, with a strong focus on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Javascript, and REST APIs.

He has applied his skillset to delivering intricate solutions on numerous Salesforce projects, both through traditional methodologies and using advanced tools like Copado to deliver complex solutions.

His academic background includes Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science.

Rohit also holds number of Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer 1, App Builder and Associate. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching soccer and cricket.
