TerraBurst Lead to Cash Transformation

TerraBurst Inc. is a Calgary-based construction that provides innovative trenchless water-related services. Due to their success, TerraBurst needed to replace their manual processes with end-to-end processes. Civeo Global Sales Alignment

Civeo is a global workforce accommodation specialist with operations in Canada, United States and Australia. Creative SparQ defined and deployed global sales processes for multiple product lines.

We engaged Creative SparQ to transform our sales processes on a global scale, across 5 lines of business, 3 countries and 85 users.

During the 3 month project, Creative SparQ met every milestone, delivered 100% of our requirements and came in on budget.

Kimes Ranch Order to Cash AutomationKimes Ranch

This project included a lead-to-cash process review, followed by automation and integration within the order-to-cash cycle. Creative SparQ Inc. designed and deployed processes to fully integrate the customer orders, order fulfillment, invoicing and payment.

Mayfair Diagnostics Org Review and Enhancement
